Die meisten Trainings arbeiten an der Oberfläche: Nervosität, Hände, Pointen, Slides. Alles nützlich. Nichts davon hält einen Vortrag zusammen. Ich arbeite an den fünf Dingen darunter: Significance, Purpose, Attitude, Risk und Knowledge. Ich nenne das den Speakery SPARK, und deshalb hält die Arbeit, wenn es im Raum schwierig wird.
Most training works on the surface: nerves, hands, jokes, slides. All of it useful. None of it is what holds a talk together. I work on the five things underneath: Significance, Purpose, Attitude, Risk and Knowledge. I call it the Speakery SPARK, and it's why the work holds when the room gets difficult.

Es ist dasselbe Assessment, das ich mit Kund:innen mache und mit den Miss-Germany-Finalistinnen gemacht habe.
Thirty-five statements, about eight minutes. No sign-up, nothing stored. You get two scores for each of the five elements: what you bring to the subject, and what happens when you have to stand up and say it. Plus a recommendation and a short reading list. It's the same assessment I use with clients, and with the Miss Germany finalists.

In Taufkirchen bei München gibt es eine Bühne und einen Konferenzraum, damit wir den Raum proben können, in den du tatsächlich gehst. Besuch ist willkommen, schreib aber vorher, damit ich mir Zeit für dich nehmen kann.
There's a stage and a conference room in Taufkirchen, just outside Munich, so we can rehearse the room you're actually walking into. Visitors are welcome, but write first so I can make time for you.
