It is for people with no single deadline driving the work. It is built on the five elements of the Speakery SPARK: Significance, Purpose, Attitude, Risk and Knowledge. From €1,980 net.

How does the mentoring run?

The first session is the Speakery SPARK assessment and the argument about it. Your scores tell you where you think you are. Twenty minutes of questions usually tells us both something different, and that gap is where the work starts.
Die erste Session ist das Speakery SPARK Assessment und der Streit darüber. Deine Werte sagen dir, wo du dich siehst. Zwanzig Minuten Nachfragen sagen uns meistens etwas anderes, und in dieser Lücke beginnt die Arbeit.
After that we work through the five elements, but never evenly. Almost nobody is weak in all five. Most people have one that is quietly holding everything else down, and it is rarely the one they expected.
Danach arbeiten wir die fünf Elemente durch, aber nie gleichmäßig. Fast niemand ist in allen fünf schwach. Bei den meisten hält ein einziges alles andere unten, und es ist selten das, mit dem sie gerechnet haben.
You stand up regularly, on the stage at the Speakery Studio. Not at the end as a test, but throughout, because a spark you can only describe is not a spark anyone can see.

The deadline. Speakery 1:1 training works on a specific talk with a date attached. Speakery SPARK Mentoring works on you, over weeks or months, with no single event driving it. Most people do 1:1 first and come back to this later.

Why are there two prices?Warum gibt es zwei Preise?
Because company budgets and personal ones are not the same thing, and pretending otherwise means either overcharging one or underserving the other. If your employer is paying, the higher rate applies. If it comes out of your own pocket, it doesn't.

The Personal SPARK Profile is written after four months of watching you actually stand up and speak, and it says things the assessment cannot know. It is the difference between a self-report and a second opinion.

Sessions move. The six weeks and four months are the shape, not a contract. What doesn't work is booking eight sessions and doing nothing in between, and I'll tell you early if that's what's happening.
