You're organising the day, and something in it needs to entertain and teach at the same time. Not a slot everyone has forgotten a week later, and not one where anybody gets embarrassed.
Masterclass oder KeynoteMasterclass or keynoteWenn es dringend ist, sag es gleich. Vier bis sechs Wochen Vorlauf sind angenehm, aber kurzfristige Termine gehen häufiger, als die meisten denken. Ein Kundenevent in drei Wochen ist kein Grund, nicht zu fragen.
If it's urgent, say so straight away. Four to six weeks of notice is comfortable, but short-notice dates happen more often than most people expect. A client event in three weeks is not a reason to avoid asking.

Alle bringen ihr eigenes Material mit. Keine Übungsaufgaben, keine Fallstudie, sondern das, was sie nächsten Monat tatsächlich präsentieren müssen.
People bring their own material. Not exercises, not a case study, the actual thing they have to present next month.
Wir fangen damit an, ihr typisches Publikum zu definieren. Welche Menschen sehen ihre Präsentationen tatsächlich? Was wissen diese Menschen schon, was brauchen sie noch, und warum sollten sie zuhören? Genau da gehen die meisten Präsentationen verloren, lange bevor jemand die erste Folie baut.
We start by defining their typical audience. Which people actually sit through their presentations? What do those people already know, what do they still need, and why should they listen at all? That's where most presentations are lost, long before anyone builds a slide.
Dann kommt die Struktur, dann die Geschichte. Und dann stehen alle auf und präsentieren, während der Rest des Teams zusieht und ich ehrlich sage, wie es war.
Then structure, then the story. Then everyone stands up and presents while the rest of the team watches and I tell them the truth about it.

What a masterclass looks like.
Fünf Menschen präsentieren, je fünf Minuten, zu einem Thema ihrer Wahl. Dann beginnt die Masterclass: Ich arbeite mit ihnen an dem, was sie gerade gezeigt haben, und alle anderen im Publikum sehen dabei zu.
Five people present, five minutes each, on a subject of their choosing. Then the masterclass begins: I work on what they have just shown, and everyone else in the audience watches it happen.
Es funktioniert, weil es weniger Angst macht, jemand anderem beim Besserwerden zuzusehen, als selbst vorne zu stehen. Und weil das, was dabei zu lernen ist, viel besser hängen bleibt, wenn es an einer Kollegin hängt, die man kennt, statt an einer Folie über Best Practices.
It works because watching someone else get better is less frightening than being the one at the front, and because the lessons land harder when they're attached to a colleague you know rather than a slide about best practice.

Es liegt meistens nicht an den Slides, und meistens nicht an der Nervosität. Es liegt an fünf Dingen darunter: ob das Thema wirklich ihres ist, ob sie wissen, warum sie es präsentieren, was sie tatsächlich davon halten, was sie nicht zu sagen bereit sind, und wie tief ihr Wissen geht.
It usually isn't the slides, and it usually isn't nerves. It's five things underneath: whether the subject is really theirs, whether they know why they're presenting it, what they actually think about it, what they're not willing to say, and how deep their knowledge goes.

Das Team-Training startet bei 2.400 € netto für einen halben Tag, ein ganzer Tag liegt bei 3.900 € netto. Die Masterclass startet bei 4.900 € netto. Für die Keynote wird das Honorar individuell vereinbart. Die Umsatzsteuer kommt jeweils auf der Rechnung dazu. Reisekosten außerhalb Münchens werden gesondert berechnet.

Vier bis sechs Wochen sind angenehm. Kurzfristiger geht häufiger, als die meisten denken. Wenn ein Kundenevent oder ein Offsite näher rückt, schreib mir das Datum in die erste Nachricht, dann sage ich dir sofort, ob es geht.
Four to six weeks is comfortable. Shorter notice works more often than most people expect. If a client event or offsite is coming up, put the date in your first message and I'll tell you straight away whether it's possible.
