The assessment scores you twice on each of the five elements of the Speakery SPARK. Subject is your relationship to the material: whether it is genuinely yours. Stage is what happens when you have to stand up and say it. Most people are strong on one and weak on the other, and the gap between them is the useful part. You will also get a recommendation and a short reading list, based on the element you score lowest on.
Das Assessment bewertet dich zweimal in jedem der fünf Elemente des Speakery SPARK. Subject ist deine Beziehung zum Stoff: ob er wirklich deiner ist. Stage ist das, was passiert, wenn du damit aufstehen und es sagen musst. Die meisten Menschen sind in einem stark und im anderen schwach, und genau der Abstand dazwischen ist der nützliche Teil. Dazu bekommst du eine Empfehlung und eine kurze Leseliste, passend zu deinem niedrigsten Element.

Before you start
There is no pass mark and no correct answer. There is only an accurate one, so answer as you actually are rather than as you would like to be. The useful result is the low score, not the high one.
Some statements are deliberately reversed. They are marked. Read them rather than sliding everything to the same place.

Reading your result

Two scores, and the gap between them.

High Subject, low Stage is the most common result. You have something worth saying and you do not want to say it. That is what training is for.
Hoher Subject-Wert, niedriger Stage-Wert ist das häufigste Ergebnis. Du hast etwas zu sagen und willst es nicht sagen. Genau dafür ist Training da.
High Stage, low Subject is rarer and more interesting. You are comfortable in front of people with something that is not yet properly yours. No amount of technique fixes that.
Hoher Stage-Wert, niedriger Subject-Wert ist seltener und interessanter. Du fühlst dich vor Menschen wohl, mit etwas, das dir noch nicht richtig gehört. Das repariert keine Technik.
There is no pass mark. Two people with the same total can need completely different work, which is why the breakdown matters more than the numbers.
Es gibt keine Bestehensgrenze. Zwei Menschen mit demselben Gesamtwert brauchen völlig unterschiedliche Arbeit. Deshalb zählt die Aufschlüsselung mehr als die Zahlen.
