Worum es geht What it is
Du siehst ein Coaching, das sonst hinter verschlossenen Türen stattfindet.
You get to watch coaching that normally happens behind closed doors.
Speaker-Coaching passiert normalerweise in einem Raum mit zwei Menschen darin. Der Coach sagt, was funktioniert und was nicht, und niemand außer der Person, die trainiert wird, hört jemals zu.
Speaker coaching normally happens in a room with two people in it. The coach says what works and what doesn't, and nobody except the person being trained ever hears it.
In der Masterclass sitzt du dabei.
At the Masterclass, you're sitting right there.
Fünf Speaker:innen präsentieren. Direkt danach bekommt jede und jeder von ihnen die Speakery Notes, live, auf der Bühne, vor dir. Was hat funktioniert. Was nicht. Was beim nächsten Mal anders läuft.
Five speakers present. Straight afterwards, each of them gets their Speakery Notes, live, on stage, in front of you. What worked. What didn't. What changes next time.
Du lernst also nicht an einem Modell, sondern an fünf echten Menschen mit fünf echten Präsentationen, in Echtzeit. Und das an einem Abend, an dem du selbst nichts riskierst.
So you're not learning from a model, but from five real people with five real presentations, in real time. On an evening where you risk nothing yourself.
So läuft der Abend How the evening runs
Fünf Auftritte, fünf Coachings.
Five performances, five coachings.
Fünf Speaker:innen, die ich persönlich für diesen Abend ausgewählt habe, präsentieren nacheinander. Jede Präsentation dauert maximal fünf Minuten. Mit Folien oder ohne. Das Thema wählen sie selbst.
Five speakers, chosen by me personally for this evening, present one after another. Each presentation lasts five minutes at most. With slides or without. They choose their own subject.
Dann beginnt die eigentliche Masterclass. Ich gehe mit jeder und jedem einzeln durch den Auftritt, direkt vor Publikum.
Then the actual masterclass begins. I go through each performance with each person, in front of the audience.
Du hörst dabei nicht nur, was die Person besser machen könnte. Du hörst, warum. Und das nimmst du mit in deine nächste Präsentation.

Ja. Das meiste, was an diesem Abend besprochen wird, gilt genauso für ein Meeting, einen Pitch oder ein Quartalsupdate.
